3. Bookings and Payments
- Quotations: All quotations provided by Zephyr Eats are valid for a specified period, as indicated on the quotation.
- Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or a non-refundable deposit, as specified in the service agreement.
- Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be detailed in your individual service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary based on the nature and scale of the event and will be explicitly stated in the service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of services, including guest counts, dietary restrictions, venue access details, and event timelines. Any delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information may impact service delivery and potentially incur additional costs.
5. Dietary Requirements and Allergens
Zephyr Eats strives to accommodate all dietary requirements and allergies when informed in advance. It is the client's responsibility to communicate all such needs clearly and comprehensively at the time of booking or during menu finalization. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of food preparation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and culinary concepts, is the property of Zephyr Eats or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zephyr Eats will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
